FOP Benefits was formed under the idea of giving FOP members a selection of products and services for themselves and their families. We do the research, ask the questions, and thoroughly vet the products that are eventually brought to you. We want to make sure that the products have not only good pricing for you, but have a track record of value, integrity, and are a benefit to you and your family. We have been with the FOP since ____, and we continue to grow as you grow. We feel very fortunate that we have been allowed to help the members of the FOP and their families over the years.

Meet the Team

Gena Moore

Marketing Director

Our West Coast based Marketing Director, Gena Moore, has been devoted to providing insurance protection to law enforcement officers and their families since 2008. With more than twenty years of experience as a Voluntary Benefits Consultant, Gena brings to FOP Benefits a wealth of industry knowledge, understands the value of providing great benefits, and the importance of having a great strategy for communication and marketing. When she’s not working hard driving communication and helping FOP members, she enjoys photography, writing, creating healthy meals, and hiking the Central Coast and Sierra Mountains of California with friends and her two rescue dogs, Rio and Moose.

Robin Rubin

Manager FOP Benefits

Robin has been working with unions and associations for over 20 years, assisting members and their families with voluntary benefits. She has been working with the FOP and their members since the inception of the FOP Benefits program and has worked closely with the them to help build the products and programs according to the needs of the members. It has been a true honor working with the FOP to help bring the necessary benefits and services.

In her spare time, Robin enjoys learning to cook, especially homemade Italian pastas and sauces as well as spending time with her husband and kids.
